Your Childhood ambition:
I wanted to be a police helicopter pilot.

What was your first job?
At 7 yrs old, I was self employed mowing yards, shoveling driveways, painting houses, washing cars, etc. My first job "working for the man" was at Winn-Dixie in Troutville, VA. My first week on the job, I broke the sliding glass boors with an extremely long train of shopping carts I was pushing in from the parking lot.

What is your favorite snack?
New and exotic cheese with either water crackers or blue corn chips with a sweet tea chaser.

What does your perfect day look like?
Relaxing all day on a deserted ocean beach with my wife and pups, then going out to an exotic gourmet dinner at an ocean front restaurant.

Who is your greatest inspiration?
Anyone that has overcome extreme adversity in their lives.

What is your favorite season?
When I was younger, I thrived on the extremes. Now I enjoy those perfect temperature days of spring & fall.

What is your favorite book?
I have so many, but I can re-read Rudyard Kipling's "the Jungle Book" at thedrop of a hat.

What is your hobby?
Playing, building and repairing guitars

What is something most people don't know about you?
I climbed Mount St. Helens (?)

If you could have lunch with a famous person...who would it be & why?
Sting (for you young kids, he's a musician...). I met him once and I have read two of his books. I am very intrigued with his creative thought process.
